SPZ 400, SPZ 500 and SPZ 600 models have two speed motors. Thanks to the time clock, the machine starts automatically and stops after the specified time. You don't have to wait.
It has a strong durable cover made of stainless steel. The state of the dough can be observed through the cover gaps.
There are casters to support the boiler.
All surfaces in contact with food are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
